Dear OLOL Family,

This week has been filled with memorable experiences and achievements! Our fourth graders enjoyed a fantastic field trip to the Vizcaya Museum, exploring history, art, and nature, sparking new ideas and interests.

We also held a mock election, giving students a fun and educational opportunity to experience the democratic process firsthand. On Wednesday night, we welcomed over 100 prospective families during our Open House, showcasing all that Jaguar Nation has to offer. On Friday, we celebrated the accomplishments of our Honor Roll students for the First Quarter, recognizing their hard work and dedication. We’re so proud of their commitment to excellence!

As we close the week, we also want to acknowledge that National Vocations Awareness Week is a special time to reflect on and pray for vocations within our church.

We are wishing you a restful weekend! Please remember that Monday is a holiday in observance of Veteran's Day, so there will be no school.

We look forward to seeing everyone back on Tuesday, refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Join us for our first Jaguar Friendsgiving Picnic!

Let’s begin our day with mass, and if you are able to attend, we would love to see you there!

Schedule

  • Mass: 10:15 AM
  • Picnic: 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Location: School field (immediately after mass)

Important

No bicycles, scooters, or motorized toys are allowed for safety reasons.

What to bring

  • Tents and lounge chairs: Make yourselves comfortable!
  • Blanket: Bring a blanket to sit on and relax!
  • Games: Bring along some fun activities for your jaguars!
  • Drinks and snacks: Share your favorites with the group!

Special note

The class of 2025 will have food, drinks, and much more for sale, so feel free to purchase some goodies to enjoy!

Activities

We’ll have games set up, music to enjoy, and plenty of opportunities to connect with friends and family.
